Members of Pearl Harbor Lodge F&AM recently embarked on an important project to honor and preserve the Lodge’s historic plots at Oahu Cemetery. As the oldest cemetery on the island of Oahu, this sacred ground is the final resting place of many of Hawaii’s most prominent and influential families, making its preservation a matter of both respect and heritage.

The initial phase of this improvement project began with a thorough cleaning of the Lodge’s marble pedestals and headstones, restoring the beauty of these markers and ensuring that the memory of those interred continues to be honored. This is just the beginning of a broader effort to enhance and maintain Pearl Harbor Lodge’s section of the cemetery.

Future improvements are planned to further beautify the area, ensuring that the Lodge’s presence at Oahu Cemetery reflects the dignity and reverence of our fraternity.
